We put their requests in the heart of our gulet charter operations so they know that they will get a highly personalised gulet cruise experience. Our concierge team plays a huge role in delivering this service at such a high level. Finally, we regularly visit our local partners, have meetings to come up with ways to improve the service we provide to our mutual clients and provide training where necessary.
