Gulet
A gulet is a two or three masted wooden boat usually found in the eastern Mediterranean. Thanks to their spacious design and high capacity water and fuel tanks, gulets are ideal for leisure charters. For Carian Trail Trek & Sail Tour we will use a luxury class gulet containing a mixture of double and twin cabins with A/C and en-suite bathroom. All of our gulets have plenty of deck area for sunbathing etc. All meals s are taken on aft deck in beautiful coves. Basic snorkelling equipment will be available for the use of our guests.
Food
All of our boats have on-board chefs who specialise in cooking local dishes. If you think Turkish food is all about doner kebabs, you’re in for a pleasant surprise. There’s lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil dishes, grilled fish and meat and wonderful mezes. All food is prepared by the chef and served by the crew. We can also cater for vegetarians. Take a look at our sample menu for more details.

Went last year with 4 friends. We were 14 in total on board. We had an amazing time. First of all being on a boat for a week is great. Far away from all the commercial hotels, packed beaches. All you can hear is the nature. It was just a great experience. I especially loved our morning yoga sessions. Watching the sunrise from the deck of a gulet surrounded by blue waters and pine trees just felt like heaven. I couldn't speak highly enough of it. Gulet Escapes stuff was very helpful from the start to end as well. Kudos for running such a great retreat.
That it ended :(

In one word amazing. I've done yoga in so many different places but doing yoga on a gulet is absolutely amazing. First I was worried about being on a boat for a week with mostly people I don't know but it took us less than an hour to get acquainted. To be honest when you're surrounded by such beauty socializing gets much easier. You get to see lots of beautiful coves, incredibly clear water. I can't describe the colour of the blue, you have to see it yourself. And food was great too. Not pretentious. Delicious Turkish home cooking.. Our yoga instructor was really good as well. She was very attentive.I recommend all my fellow yogis out there to give this a go. Just a week of pure serenity and meditation. 10 out of 10
Can't think of one.
